About the Role:
Bassett Home Heating is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Woodinville, WA! This is a great opportunity to do meaningful work, serve local homeowners, and build a rewarding career with a company that values its people.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system failures accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly to homeowners
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
- Represent Bassett Home Heating professionally on every job site
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation and service experience
- EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification required
- Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle on-call shifts

Compensation: $35.00 per hour
